What is a WinxClub.com account and how does it work?
A WinxClub.com account is a set of email and password that is required to unlock content exclusive to members only on WinxClub.com. These content are unlocked when you key in your email used to register for a Winxclub.com account and the corresponding password on the members Sign-in area, located on the top left corner of the website.
What can I do with a Winxclub.com account?
Once you have signed up for a WinxClub.com account, you will be able to sign in and enjoy the following benefits:
- Create an online character and explore / chat with other people in Gardenia Park
- Play mini-games and earn virtual money
- Read and post in WinxClub.com game forums
- Pay to watch your favorite Winx Club episodes, download music and wallpapers and read online comics
How do I sign up?
Simply click on the Sign Up Now button located within the Sign-in area, located on the top left corner of the website.
What else do I need to prepare?
Email Address
- A valid email that you own to serve as the account name for the website
- Must contain at least 4 letters and at most 15 letters
- Password can include numbers (0 – 9) or letters from the alphabet (A – Z)
- No special characters or spaces are allowed in between.
- This will be used as your screen ID when you post messages on the forums

Why can’t I use my Fairy ID to sign in?
We have changed to a new sign-in system. You will need to use your registered email address to sign-in to Winxclub.com.
What if I forget my email?
Your email will be filled in automatically when you try to sign in with your Fairy ID.
What password do I use?
Your password will remain the same as the previous sign-in password.
What if I forget my password?
Simply click on the Forget Your Password link located within the Sign-in area, located on the top left corner of the website.
What is the Nick Name for?
This Nick Name will be used to identify you when you sign-in to Winxclub.com, post forum messages, and record your high score in our mini game rankings.
What happens to my Fairy ID? Can I still use it?
Yes. Your Fairy ID will still be used for our Winx online game, now renamed “Gardenia Park”.
What are WX for?
With WX you can buy clothes, food for your pet, ice creams, balloons and flowers.
How can I collect more WX?
We have added more items to the reward system. Now you can earn more WX every day with these activities!

How can I collect RC?
RC are not available for collection in the game. However you can buy them with real money from the Top Up page or redeem them using credit codes.
Where is the Top Up page?
You will need to sign in and click on the Top Up button located at the user panel.
How do I download music?
Simply click on the Music link in Fun Zone. You can then Preview music by clicking on the Play button. When you have decided to buy the songs, click on Download to bring up the Purchase Alert window. From there, you can see the amount required for you to download it. Simply click Buy or Cancel to download or cancel.
How do I view videos?
You can view videos by clicking on Videos in Fun Zone. Simply click on any episode to bring up the Purchase Alert window. From there, you can see the amount required for you to download it. Simply click Buy or Cancel to download or cancel.
How do I view comics?
You can view comics by clicking on Comics in Fun Zone. Simply click on any issue to bring up the Purchase Alert window. From there, you can see the amount required for you to view it. Simply click Buy or Cancel to download or cancel.
How do I download wallpapers?
You can download comics by clicking on Wallpapers in Fun Zone. Simply click on any wallpaper to bring up the Purchase Alert window. From there, you can see the amount required for you to view it. Simply click Buy or Cancel to download or cancel.
Why do some items cost 0 RC/WX?
You will need to sign in first and click on Top Up button located at the user panel. Then, enter your code in the "Redeem Credit Codes" section and click on the "OK" button.
What is a Unity Web Player?
Unity Web Player is a multiplatform development tool used to create Winx Adventure game. You will need to download the player so as to play Winx Adventure. Unity Web Player is virus-free and is completely safe to be downloaded and installed on your computers.
How do I move around?
Move your mouse to a location you want to move to and right click.
How do I rotate the camera?
Click and Drag the Left Mouse Button to rotate your camera around your character.
How do I zoom in/out into the character?
Scroll the mouse wheel forward to zoom in and backward to zoom out.
How do I reset the camera angle to default?
Click on the middle mouse button to reset to the default view.
How do I read the mail messages in my Inbox?
Left click on the mailbox and select a mail to read it.
How do I open gifts that I receive in my Parcel Box?
Left click on the Parcel Box and select a gift to open it. Select Ok to put the item into your Wardrobe/Utility Closet.
How do I change my clothes?
Left Click on the Wardrobe to open it, then select a fashion item to change into it.
How do I decorate my Personal Room?
Left Click on the Utility Closet, or the Decorator button to open the decorator interface. You can click and place objects into your room by selecting an item, then clicking on a spot in the room to place it. You may also rotate, relocate or remove an item by clicking on the buttons above a selected furniture item while in the Decorator UI.
How do I exit my Personal Room and change channels?
Left Click on the room door to open the Channel Selection interface. Select a channel you wish to change to, then click Next to exit the Personal Room
How do I send a message to the public?
Left Click on the Free Chat Text Box to begin typing your message. Left Click on the Send button or press Enter again to send the message. Remember that if you are under 13 years old, and your parents have locked the Free Chat function, you are not able to send Free Chat messages. You can still use the Pre-Defined Chat messages to communicate in public. Simply click on the Minimize button, select the Pre-Defined Chat option, then select the pre-defined chat you want to send. Finally, click send to send the message.
How do I send an emote?
Left Click on the Emote button, then select an emote to express it.
How do I use the World Map and the Mini Map?
Left Click on the World Map button to open the world Map. The Mini Map is visible at the top right hand corner of the screen to show you where you are presently, as well as some interesting locations around your area. You can hide the Mini Map by Left Clicking on the Hide Mini Map button.
How do I interact with an NPC?
Left Click on an NPC to talk to him or her.
How do I purchase a Fashion/Beauty item?
Locate a Fashion/Beauty shop in the World Map. Once you find the shop, Left Click on the shop to open the Item Shop interface. Left Click on an item to try the item on. You can see a preview of your selection on the left Model Preview window. Once you have decided to purchase an item, Left Click on the Buy button to purchase the item. Buy and Equip will automatically replace the item you are currently equipped with the new item you have selected, while Buy and Store will place the item directly into your Wardrobe. Do remember that not all items can be stored or directly replaced.
How do I add a friend to my Friend List?
Left Click on the Minimize button to open the Message Options menu, and select the Friend List button. Click on the Add button, then enter your friend's name to add him or her to your friend list. Alternatively, you can Left Click on a player in the Lobby, then select the Add friend button to send a Friend Request to him/her directly. Remember that if you are under 13 years old, your parents have set restrictions to your Friend Invites, your parents must accept and reject Friend Requests on your behalf before your friends can be added to your Friend List.
How do I get more Friend Slots in my Friend List?
You will need to purchase an item to increase the number of Friend Slots in your Friend List.
How do I add a friend to my Invites List?
You can send an Invite to your friend by selecting your friend, and then Left Clicking on the Invite button. Your friend will receive an Invite and be added to your Invites List.
How do I visit my friend's Personal Room?
After you have been added to your friend's Invites List, you can visit your friend's Personal Room by selecting him/her in your Friend List, then clicking on the Visit button in the Pop-Up. Do remember that if your friend is currently decorating his/her room, or if he/she locked their Personal Room, you will not be able to visit them.
How do I get more Invite Slots in my Invites List?
You will need to purchase an item to increase the number of Invite Slots in your Invites List.
